To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kvason LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Because access to this site is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to it is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you and Kvason LLC submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there for any dispute that applicable law does not require to be brought elsewhere.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted here, and your continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
12. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect and the unenforceable provision is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Kvason LLC regarding your use of this site, and do not govern any product or service, which is provided only under a separate written agreement.
